Screetime is all that helps a user to manage his/her screen time and at the same time boost productivity of their work.They can use it when they are working or even playing games.
Reasons
According to many researches screen time > 7 hr per week increases the chance of myopia (particularly office worker and kids) and this can be reduced by taking short breaks during long hours of screen time. Excess screen time also effects our cognitive skills by changing the structure of our brain.
www.ihasco.co.uk suggests that short, frequent breaks are better than less frequent longer breaks, so a 5-10 minute break after 50-60 minutes is better than a 20 minute break every 3 hours.
How it works?
Screetime lets the user to set a time interval to work or play games.Then it reminds him/her to take a short break.It also suggest the break time with the help of 20-20 rule & pomodoro technique.
Secondly it keeps record of the users screen time in a weekly basis and if it exceed 7 hr before 7 days ,it warns the user.
Besides this it let us configure the interface too.Users can also listen to music during breaks.
